Refund policy

If you would like to cancel an order PRIOR to it being shipped, please email me at Classicswithjacq@gmail.com

We do not accept returns unless there was an issue on our end. In which case contact us immediately and we may ask for a picture of what the issue is. After all information is received we will review and determine if you are eligible for a refund.

Please understand that it is the CUSTOMER'S responsibility to pay shipping on returns. I will only process returns within the contiguous US.
